Mahendra, a thoroughly trained congo player, started his musical journey way back in in the 1970’s and since has been an active and prominent artist on the Bollywood scene of UK. He has learnt the art of playing congos under the guidance of Pandit Dinesh, an accomplished musician and Ex-member of the Indian Film Industry. He has had the privelage of performing with the popular artistes including – Hariharan, Kumar Sanu, Shabbir Kumar, Shaan, Apache Indian etc.
The most experienced Keyboard player on the UK Bollywood scene, He started his musical journey in India nearly 42 years ago, performing with Indian live orchestras in Gujarat & Mumbai. For the last 30 years, Anant has been very active on the Asian music circuit. A key member of Melody Kings.

Naushad was fortunate to be born in a musical family. His father, Ustad Ismail Sheikh performed regularly on the BBC Asian network and was a classically trained musician of high repute amongst the musicians in UK as well as visiting artistes from India as well as Pakistan. Naushad trained under his father from an early age and has been performing since the age of 5! His early years were spent playing with the ever popular punjabi band - Alap. Since moving on from Alap, Naushad has had the good fortune of performing with some of the biggest names in both the Indian as well the Pakistani music industry. We are fortunate to have him as part of our ensemble. Another much respected core member of Melody King!
A multi-talented percussionist playes the octopad equally professionally as he does the drums! Having started his musical career in Gujarat, India, Sonu has shared the stage with some very prominent names in the Indian music industry like Asha Bhosle, Amit Kumar, Ila Arun, Kumar Sanu to name a few. Sonu is a key member of Melody Kings.
Narendra started playing live percussions at the tender age of 8, in Ahmedabad, India. He also performed regularly at the All India Radio. Narendra has performed with various artists from Bollywood like – Mahendra Kapoor, Kamlesh Avasthi, Udit Narayan, Sonu Nigam, Mohd. Aziz, Amit Kumar, Devang Patel etc. A very experienced member of Melody Kings.
